About East Valley Water District
East Valley Water District was incorporated in 1954 under County Water District Laws. We provide domestic water and sanitary sewer service to the City of Highland and the eastern portions of the City of San Bernardino, with a service population of approximately 103,000. The District is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors elected at large and currently has 68 full-time employees working within the following departments: Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, Field Operations, Finance/Accounting, Production, and Water Quality. Currently under construction, the Sterling Natural Resource Center (SNRC) will be a state-of-the-art facility in Highland that will provide a sustainable new water supply to the region. Capable of recycling up to 8 million gallons a day, the SNRC will recharge the local Bunker Hill Groundwater Basin, produce renewable electricity, and create new opportunities for the surrounding community. East Valley Water District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
