THE POSITION The Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative leader for its Director of Operations position. The Director of Operations plans, organizes, and directs the operation and maintenance of the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility (EchoWater Facility), located near Elk Grove, California. This is an at-will, exempt executive management position. The Department of Operations has around 400 staff who are responsible for maintaining and operating the EchoWater Facility.
